From Frankfurt to Vienna
In the past month I have had the opportunity to both attend, and participate in two of the most prestigious book fairs in Europe. Firstly, I participated in the Gourmet Gallery section of the Frankfurt Book Fair. As a result of my participation in this book fair, my book was selected for the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2017, the results will be made official next spring.
On the other hand, in Vienna I had an entire hour an a half live-cooking show. The public was very keen to try my recipes from Transylvania as I feel they were a novelty and many people in the audience hadn't tried anything similar to this kind of cuisine.
