Lamb stuffed shoulder.
For this weekend, my wife Alexandra and me decided to roast a small lamb shoulder with garlic, scallion and rosemary over a bed of young potatoes. This was because the "Papricas" she was cooking today from the Transylvanian Cook was not convincing us at all about the riches of our Sunday lunch! Obsession or love? The last two or there days, I was struggling with one question for the Buch Wien 2016: to Papricas or not to Papricas? In the end I decided to cook a Transylvanian Cabbage with Duck, because of a particularity I developed in the preparation of this traditional dish, and of course because of the logistics!
We are talking about all typically autumn ingredients, Right?
